Step 2: Put your calendar ๐Ÿ“… where you can see ๐Ÿ‘€ it.

Step 3: Help make your bed every day ๐Ÿ›๏ธ.

Step 4: Brush your teeth ๐Ÿฆท๐Ÿ˜ every morning.

Step 5: Think ๐Ÿ’ญ about your favourite ๐Ÿ’— fruits ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿฅญ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ’.
