If you want to be a successful 🤾🤾🤸♂️athlete, preparing helps your body and mind be ready emotionally😃, and physically🧍♂️.

Here are some tips to help you prepare to be an Olympics superstar⭐!
1. Train in your sport🚣♂️🏊♀️🏃♀️ at least 6 days a week:
Spend at least 2-3 hours🕒a day training for your sport🚣♂️🏊♀️🏃♀️. This will help your body build⬆strength💪 and be ready to compete🎖. Take 1 day a week to rest😴 your body and get many hours of sleep🧠.
2. Train with your friends🧍♂️🧍♀️ and other athletes🏃♂️⛹️♂️:
Training with others will help to keep you motivated👏 and will help you feel like you are working towards achieving🏆 your goals🎯. Training with friends🧍♀️🧍♂️ provides support and you can learn many different techniques from each other👏⛹️♂️🏃♂️.
3. Keep healthy🥗🍌🍏:
Eating healthy food🥗🍌🍏 is very important when training⛹️♂️🏃♂️. This helps boost⬆your body with lots of good👍 nutrients. Eat loads of fruits🍌🍎🍊, vegetables🥦🥒 and drink lots of water.
4. Sleep Well😴:
Try to get at least 8🕒 hours of sleep😴 every night. Make sure you go to sleep and wake up at the same time🕒. Consistency is good👍 for your body and will help you have more energy😁.

5. Have a good support system!
