A healthy lifestyle can help a child👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 grow and develop, which is very important. Many 🚼children forget 🤔 to be 🤸‍♂️active, play outside and eat healthily 🥑🍅🍳 and this can lead to children becoming overweight and developing bad 😥 health issues. 🤢😷

It is important ❗☝️to start ▶️ at an early age 🍼👶 so that children can lead a healthy 🧗‍♂️⚽🥇lifestyle and develop good habits.

Below 👇⤵️ are some ways to help us lead a healthier, 🥳😁happier lifestyle.

1️⃣ - Be active👟🤾 though 🏈🏌️‍♀️play.

It is easy to forget 🤓how many fun things we can do outside. Put away the mobile 📱phones, 💻laptops and 🖥️computers. Try to move your arms and legs in open spaces. Playing chasing games in the park 🏞️☀️ with friends or family is a lot of fun. So is climbing 🧗‍♂️trees, riding our 🚴‍♀️bikes and flying🪁 kites. Start new hobbies that allow you to enjoy the outdoors. Laughter🤣🤡 will help ease 🥰tension and it is good for our🧠 mind and ‍⛹️body.

2️⃣ - Eat 🥢🥣🍽️ healthy.

Sometimes unhealthy 🍔🍕food tastes really good, but it does not mean 🤷‍♂️🤔 it is good for our 🛑😢body. We need to eat fresh fruits and vegetables daily, which will help our body function to the best of its ability. Eat an 🍎apple rather than a packet of 🍟crisps. Drink water 🚰 rather than cola 🥤 or juice 🍹. Healthy foods help develop strong bodies.

3️⃣ – Get ⏰enough 🥱rest and 😴🛋️sleep.

Sleeping 🛌 and resting is just as important⁉️ as exercise 🥎🤽and healthy 🍆eating, if not more important. When we sleep it gives our bodies time to heal and💪 recover from our busy day. Studies have shown that children 🧑‍🍼who often get enough sleep have improved 😎❤️ 🧠 their attention span, 🥁 behaviour, 📚learning, 🤔🤷memory, and overall mental and physical health.

4️⃣ – Exercise 🤽🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️daily 🕰️.

Keeping fit ⚽👯‍♀️🏸 and active is important❗☝️ for children of all ages. It makes our 🏋️‍♀️bodies 💪stronger and this will help us when we are 😭sick. A child 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 who often does exercise and takes part in sport is less likely to become🤒 overweight and develop🤢😷 illnesses. Sport 🥇🤸‍♂️and exercises💛 develops a child’s 🦴 bones structure, muscles, motor, and cognitive skills.

Watching too much TV 📺 or playing too many video 🎮 games can be 😭bad for us. Our minds, just like our bodies, need 🎲🎻 exercise.
